This is Lucille Hill, a resident of Kiln, MS. She Lost her home in Hurricane Katrina. She also lost her home in 1969 by Hurricane Camille. She has congestive heart failure and lives with her disabled son and her sister who has just been diagnosed with terminal cancer. Could it get any worse?
