Last week I got to work in San Antonio, Texas. Turns out the South by Southwest Music/Film Conference/Festival was going on in Austin. Also turns out that my Friends in the group The Urban Sophisticates were playing in the con/fest. So I hopped on a overcrowded greyhound and made my way up to Austin. One of the guys from Urban Sophisticates thought he could get me some type of pass once I arrived. Yea, that didn't work out at all. It really didn't even matter, there was plenty to do and see for free. Austin is the real deal.
Right after I took this photo I cut one dread off for proof. I ended up trading it to a guy for a "Don't mess with Texas" T-shirt.
